What makes it Coco?
Good pot of pork bone broth creates layers of flavours; the taste itself and most importantly the smell. We build this layers by following Mr Wong’s late father’s traditional method. The soup is prepared by our in-house ingredients, we then cook it at a low temperature for hours on end (Low & Slow), and finish with our freshest ingredients before serving.

There are many ways to circumvent the pork bone broth process but we stick to the old school rules. Our main goal here at Coco Steamboat is to provide the freshest locally sourced ingredients to perfectly accompany our pork bone broth soup ; putting our passion for your palate on a pot.
